We went today , wed at 1pm. We ordered from kiosk, 2 rice and chicken plates and one shaved ice to dine in. We waited 2 HOURS to get food and it's the same wait for everyone in the store. Food wasn't worth the wait. Chicken was okay but the rice was dry and crunchy. The shaved ice never came , turned out it was put in the to go cup melting at the counter. Not in the pretty bowl as in the picture. We will never go back . Wish they had the option to cancel order like Uber.

Chicken rice worth the hype. Four season oolong tea is delicious. Strawberry matcha latte needs to have a better matcha to be frank with you. Overall, a solid 4 stars.

It was awful. We waited 45 minutes for this. This is what they show on the menu vs. what we actually got. We were eating as a family with a child, and they served us some boiled chicken with two slices of cucumber and a dried-out portion of rice. The waitress said the menu photos are already a year old. That’s a very strange explanation… what’s the problem with updating them to reflect what you actually serve?

One of the best boba spot in town and they offer a hang out lobby! Their matcha espinaner is a must order! It’s very matcha taste and their Hainan chicken rice is a must order too! The chicken portion is good and their price is fair. Love their decorations and great spot to hang out!

This drink shop is known for its chicken? So let’s see if they’re pretty good eh or ew. I got their pistachio milk tea, caramel cookie milk tea, hojicha latte with black sesame foam and almond jello, strawberry sunset, chicken sticky rice, xiu mai, matcha tiramisu, and hainan chicken rice. The pistachio milk tea and caramel cookie milk teas were perfectly sweet and cozy. The pistachio one had good nutty pistachio flaves and the caramel cookie one tasted like biscoff in hot choco form. perfect for the cold rainy weather. The hojicha had good smokey matchay flaves with soft almond jelly, nutty black sesame foam, and was perfectly sweet. The strawberry sunset didn’t really taste at all like strawberries and just tasted like milk with the tiniest hint of jasmine. Pretty cool that this shop sells dim sum too but the xiu mai wasn’t great. Chewy and tiny. The chicken sticky rice was super good tho. Very savory, flavorful with an ok amount of chicken and mushrooms. Pretty pricey tho. The hainan chicken was dark meat, tender, not dry, and pretty flavorful on its own but it also came with a ginger oil and vinegar that added a lot of yummy extra flavor. The matcha tiramisu had lots of matcha
